Job satisfaction: Many of the people take teaching yoga as a part time job. Even though it is for a short period they get a lot of job satisfaction by the results obtained from their students. The positive feed back from them makes them even more happy and self satisfied about their jobs.

Serves dual purposes: When one chooses yoga as their career there is no need for them to practice it again by spending some other time. They can do it when they are teaching the postures to the students. This way teaching yoga serves the dual purpose of teaching and practicing.

Continue their own education: Since the trainers are already in the field of teaching new thing to the students they tend to learn or know new things for the purpose of teaching. This way it is useful for the trainers to do more research on their own field and to learn by themselves.

Know About Types of Vent less Dryers

Cloth dryers are a major home appliances which are used to dry the clothes by removing moisture after ashing. It has a rotating drum in which heat is circulated, to evaporate the moisture. The modern dryers have sensors and settings which protect clothes from high heat. These dryers are also energy efficient.

A vent less clothes dryer has no output air vent and the most important benefit of the vent less dryer is that they can function from anyplace in the home and do not require installing a vent pipe. Following are the different types of vent less dryers:

Condensation Dryers:
As like in the traditional dryers the condensation dryer pulls the cool air, then the air is heated and passed through the clothes instead of using vents air ravels through a heat exchanger. A cooling device, the heat exchanger cools the air causing the moisture in the air to condense and flow into washer drainpipe or into a containment chamber. As the air is dried, it is reheated and passed through the clothes again and this process is repeated.

Heat Pump Dryers:
A heat pump dryer pulls air from the room which is passed through a heat pump where the cold side condenses the water vapor into either a drain pipe or a collection tank and the hot side reheats the air to use again.

Spin Dryers:
They can remove the water from the clothes in less time thus they save the time and the energy. These machines simply spin their drums faster than a typical washer could, in order to extract additional water from the clothes.

Mechanical Steam Compression Dryers:
These are the most advanced versions of the heat pump dryers. Instead of hot air mechanical steam, compression dryers use water recovered from the clothing in the form of steam. Mechanical steam compression dryers recycle much of the heat used to dry the clothes.

Dehumidifier Dryers:
These dryers by keeping low humidity encourage fast evaporation without high heat and these are suitable for clothes that can withstand tumbling but not high heat.

The above are the various types of vent less dryers.

How Alcohol Effects Metabolism

All the physical and psychological effects of the body caused by alcohol can be seen or felt by the alcoholic abusers at any point of time. But there is some thing which happens internally to the body which the abusers may not feel or see. The metabolism of the body is greatly effected by alcohol, which leads to further complications in later life. There are many things which constitute the body's metabolic activities. The metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, or fats, proteins are some of them.
  • When the intake of alcohol increases, it mainly affects the fat in the body. It converts the fat metabolism in such a way that, the fat burning capacity of the body decreases which results in the accumulation of fat in different places of the body. A study by American journal of clinical research found that consumption of alcohol as low as 24 grams a day reduces the ability of the body to burn fat by 73%.
  • Alcohol also interrupts the vitamin and mineral absorption of the body. The food we take contains many nutrients essential by the body. They will be useful only when they are absorbed in to the blood. But alcohol intake reduces the absorption, which results in vitamin deficiency.
  • Another disadvantage of having alcohol is, it excretes the excess calcium and magnesium present in the body, which are essential for the body through urine.
