- First step in this process is to take your body's measurements around upper arm, waist, bust and shoulders.
- Carefully undo the original stitching and take off the sleeves. This will make it easy to construct the new t-shirt.
- Re sew the sides of the deconstructed together, then cut off the excess fabric. If you want to make the shoulders smaller, fabric around the arm holes should be cut.
- Make the sleeve seam about a half an inch larger than your natural upper arm measurement so that it's not too snug. Cut off and discard excess fabric. Sew the sleeves back onto the T-shirt at the armholes.
- This is the last step in this precess, after making alterations according to measurements, next step is to give these t shirts a feminine look. Adding girlish touches makes it totally transformed. A lace trim around the neckline, or floral pattern or colorful iron on decals or rhinestones in a heart will give more feminine look to the T shirt.
Men's t-shirt when changed in to women's t-shirt gives an unique look to the wearer. Different designs can be experimented in this process.
