Training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and competencies as a result of teaching of practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Generally training can be categorized in to on the job training and the off the job training. By providing the training to the employees, the organization gives some benefits to the individual employee at the same time it also gives some benefits to the organization which are discussed below:
